What services do you offer?

Ferren Bathrooms offers a premium bathroom design and specification service for clients planning a bathroom renovation.

We offer two design packages: our 2D Bathroom Design Package and our Photorealistic Render Design Package.

Both packages include a professionally considered bathroom design, curated product shopping list, estimated installation cost guidance, contractor matching and up to three rounds of design revisions.

A Measured Survey is also available as an optional add-on to both packages if you would like Ferren to measure the space before the design begins.

Do you install bathrooms?

Ferren Bathrooms focuses on bathroom design, product specification and contractor recommendation.

We do not carry out installation works directly. Instead, once your design is complete, we introduce you to our trusted independent bathroom contractor who will be well suited to your project.

You will contract with the recommended contractor directly for the installation.

This allows Ferren to focus on what we do best: creating beautifully considered bathroom designs and giving you a clear plan before works begin.

What is included in the 2D Bathroom Design Package?

Our 2D Bathroom Design Package is ideal if you want a clear and practical bathroom layout before speaking with a contractor or ordering materials.

This package includes:

• Initial design brief

• 2D bathroom layout and elevations

• Curated product shopping list

• Estimated installation cost guidance

• Contractor match

• Up to two design revisions

• Final design handover pack

A Measured Survey can be added to this package if you would like Ferren to measure the space before the design begins.

What is included in the Photorealistic Render Design Package?

Our Photorealistic Render Design Package includes everything in the 2D Bathroom Design Package, with the addition of realistic bathroom visuals.

This package is ideal if you want to see how your finished bathroom could look before committing to products, finishes and installation.

This package includes:

• 2D bathroom layout and elevations

• Photorealistic bathroom renders

• Curated product shopping list

• Estimated installation cost guidance

• Contractor match

• Up to two design revisions

• Final design handover pack

Do you offer a measured survey?

Yes. A Measured Survey is available as an optional add-on to both our 2D Bathroom Design Package and our Photorealistic Render Design Package.

You can either provide your own measurements using our measuring guidance, or add a Ferren Measured Survey before the design begins.

If you provide your own measurements, the design will be based on the dimensions supplied. If you would like added confidence in the accuracy of the design, we recommend adding a Measured Survey to your package.

Can you work with my existing bathroom layout?

Yes. We can work with your existing layout or explore a new layout, depending on your space, budget and practical requirements.

Keeping key services in similar positions can sometimes help reduce installation complexity and cost. However, if a new layout would significantly improve the space, we will explain the benefits and considerations clearly.

Do you provide a shopping list?

Yes. Once your design is finalised, we provide a curated bathroom shopping list and specification pack.

This may include sanitaryware, brassware, shower fittings, vanity units, storage, tiles, finishes, heating, lighting and accessories.

The shopping list is designed to help you order your materials with confidence and give your contractor a clear specification to work from.

Do you provide an installation quote?

We provide an estimated installation cost range to help you understand the likely budget for the works.

This is for guidance only and is not a fixed installation quote.

Your chosen contractor will provide their own installation quotation based on the final design, site conditions, scope of work and any specific requirements.

How does the contractor match work?

Once your design is finalised, we can introduce you to our trusted independent bathroom contractor who will be well suited to your project.

The contractor will review the final design and specification pack before providing their own quote and availability.

You will contract with the contractor directly.

Can I use my own contractor?

Yes. You are welcome to use your own contractor.

If you already have a contractor, we can prepare the design and specification pack for them to review.

If you do not have a contractor, we can introduce you to a trusted independent bathroom contractor.

Can I use my own products or suppliers?

Yes. We can include preferred products or suppliers in the design where suitable.

We may also suggest alternatives if we believe another product would better suit the design, budget, quality level or installation requirements.

How long does the design process take?

Timings depend on the complexity of the project and how quickly feedback is provided.

As a guide, the first design draft for the 2D package is usually prepared within around two weeks and the photorealistic render package is usually prepared within around three weeks of receiving the required information.

The overall design process may take longer if revisions, survey information or product changes are required.

Installation timings should be agreed directly with your chosen contractor.

What happens after the design is finalised?

Once the design is finalised, we provide your completed design handover pack, including your shopping list and relevant specification information.

You can then order your products and proceed with your chosen contractor.

If we have matched you with our contractor, we will hand over the final design information so they have a clear starting point for their quote and installation planning.

Who is responsible for the installation?

Your chosen contractor is responsible for the installation works.

Ferren provides the bathroom design, product specification, estimated installation cost guidance and contractor introduction.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Choose the design package that best suits your project and complete payment through our website.

You can select either our 2D Bathroom Design Package or our Photorealistic Render Design Package, with the option to add a Measured Survey before checkout.

Once your order has been placed, we’ll send you the next steps, including your design brief form and measurement guidance. If you have added a Measured Survey, we’ll contact you to arrange a suitable appointment.

Once we have received the required information, we’ll begin preparing your bathroom design.
