Our Photorealistic Render Package is perfect if you want to visualise your finished bathroom before committing to products and installation.

To begin the design, we’ll need accurate measurements of your existing bathroom.

You can either provide your own measurements, or book an optional Ferren measured survey.

If you provide your own measurements, the design will be based on the information supplied. If you would prefer us to measure the space for you, our measured survey gives you added confidence before the design begins.

We’ll establish your design brief, covering layout, style, storage, fixtures, finishes and budget.

You can come to us with a clear vision, or simply share inspiration images and let us guide the design direction. We’ll use your brief to create a bathroom concept that feels considered, practical and beautifully tailored to your home.

We’ll prepare your bathroom design package based on your chosen tier.

The 2D Design Package includes a 2D bathroom layout (including elevations), product specification and shopping list.

The Photorealistic Render Package includes everything in the 2D package plus a visual design presentation with photorealistic renders, helping you see the finished bathroom before ordering products.

Each package includes up to three rounds of design revisions.

Once your design is finalised, we’ll prepare your bathroom shopping list and specification pack.

This will include selected products, finishes, quantities, supplier details and estimated costs, so you can order your materials directly with confidence.

Alongside your design, we’ll provide an estimated installation cost range to help you understand the likely project budget.

This estimate is for guidance only. Your chosen contractor will provide their own final installation quote based on the agreed scope, site conditions and any specific site requirements.

Once the design is complete, we will introduce you to our trusted independent bathroom contractor.

You will contract with the contractor directly for the installation. Ferren will hand over the final design and specification pack so they have a clear starting point for the works.

This allows you to benefit from Ferren’s design expertise while keeping the installation agreement directly between you and your contractor.

With your design finalised, shopping list prepared and contractor introduction made, you’ll have everything you need to move forward with your bathroom project.
