Fill out our online enquiry form with a few details about your bathroom and photos. We’ll be in touch with your initial estimate asap (check your junk if you don’t receive anything within a few days, we’re often hiding here).

This stage is free of charge.

If our initial estimate is within your ballpark we’ll arrange a survey of your bathroom. At the survey we’ll also discuss the establish a brief and get a feel for your vision of the space.

Following the survey we will issue you a quote which will include a price for the installation, interior design and project management along with an estimated budget for the fixtures and finishes. The fixtures and finishes budget will be finalised once the design is completed.

Once you’re happy to proceed, the interior design and project management fee becomes payable and we begin the design. You can be as involved or not in the design as you like. We’re happy to lead and make all the choices or take direction from you if you have something specific in mind. Pinterest boards are always a great starting point to inspire our designs.

We will issue the first draft of the design within 3 weeks. We will revise the design until it’s perfect.

Once you’re happy with the design we will issue the priced final fixtures and fittings schedule for your approval. Given the OK, payment for the fixtures and finishes is payable and we will proceed to place the orders for delivery to align with the install dates.

Our experienced installers begin by carefully dismantling your existing bathroom. Every step of the installation is carried out to the highest quality standards and covered by £5m Public Liability Insurance, with removal of all waste upon completion. To give you confidence, the installation payments are split into 4 stages aligned with key project milestones.
